REPORT LOST CAMPUS CARD
For as long as you are a student/employee at Carleton University, your Campus Card will be the single most important piece of student identification you possess. This multi-purpose ID integrates a number of functions including payment for goods and services, library privileges, and access to athletics.
In the event of a lost or stolen Campus Card, you can deactivate it here by pressing the Deactivate button. Deactivating your Card will protect any money in your account, and will also prevent it from being used at the library or CUTV office by anyone who finds the card. Press the reactivate button to reactivate an existing Card that was reported lost. To obtain a new Card go to 407 University Centre during regular office hours. Please note that a replacement Card costs $19.00.
