View/Update Address(es) and Phone(s) consists of two separate pages.
The first page displays all of your current and future addresses along with the associated phone number information. Addresses will be grouped according to Address Type (Permanent, Mailing, Business). Choice of address type is extremely important as it affects how the university corresponds with you. An explanation of each address type is outlined below.

Note: Always provide us with a Permanent Address. Only use a Mailing Address if you want your mail to go to a different address than your Permanent one.
To UPDATE/CHANGE an existing address
Select the address you wish to update by clicking on the link next to the address (this link usually says 'Current'). This will bring you into the Update/Insert Address page.
To update the address, edit the fields you wish to change and press Submit.
When entering International phone numbers (outside of North America), please enter the full number in the International Access Codes field. For North American phone numbers, separate the area code, phone number and extension into the corresponding fields.
Future addresses cannot come into effect more than 18 months from today's date.
To DELETE an address
Select the address you wish to update by clicking on the link next to the corresponding address (the link usually says 'Current'). This will bring you to the Update/Insert Address page.
Check the Delete this Address box and select Submit.
To INSERT a new address:
(use only if the address type you wish to update has not been created)
Select an address type from the pull-down menu at the bottom of the Update Address(es) and Phone(s) page and click Submit.
Enter the full address and phone information on the Update/Insert Address page and press Submit when complete.
The required fields for this page are outlined below. NOTE: When updating Address(es) you may notice a field entitled Unlisted in Web Directory. This functionality is not currently in use and there is no web directory where the public can view your address information. Please disregard this field.
This is the primary address where you prefer all correspondence to be mailed (if Mailing address is not specified).
Use when you wish your correspondence to be mailed to an address other than your permanent/primary address.
Tapes to You Service Address
Address where you wish to have the tapes sent if you have signed up for Tapes-to-You Service. Use this address type only if you do not wish your tapes to go to your Mailing or Permanent/Primary address.
Work address where you may be reached
Valid From Date, Address Line 1, City, State/Province, and ZIP/Postal Code are required fields; all other fields are optional. Canadian residents do not need to enter "Canada" in the Nation field. If you are entering an international address, Address Line 1, City, and Nation are required
